WE ARE HERE SCOTLAND CIC
A space aimed at supporting and raising the voices of Black People and People of Colour creatives across Scotland.

An award-winning series of live gigs in partnership with The Queen’s Hall showcasing the sounds of modern Scotland.

CREATIVE BALANCE
A new research project exploring mental health & wellbeing, and what improvements can be made for Black People and People of Colour in the Scottish creative industries.

RISE UP! FESTIVAL
A weekend of performances, talks, workshops and community spaces celebrating Black and People of Colour Creatives in Aberdeen and Scotland.

THE STATUS OF YOUNG WOMEN IN SCOTLAND
Research report, exploring young women and people of marginalised genders’ experiences of accessing healthcare in Scotland.

THE RISE REPORT
YWM were commissioned by Scottish Women’s Aid to lead work to understand the views of young women in Scotland around what a healthy relationship looks like, what domestic abuse is and what improvements can be made.

MOVING MINDS
A multi-arts event from Mental Health Foundation bringing together the asylum seeker and refugee community in a celebration of storytelling and community.

GIRL POOL
GIRL POOL was an initiative and club led by charity Scottish Women Inventing Music (SWIM). GIRL POOL helps nurture, educate and mentor 12-17 year old girls in music and its industries.

A 7 day multi-disciplinary festival which took place at venues across Glasgow's East End covering music, film and food.
